OptiExperts | Shopify Plus Agency partnered with The Natural Posture, a posture improvement brand helping customers enhance alignment and relieve discomfort through posture correctors, braces, and support essentials. We delivered a PDP-focused Shopify redesign on their Shopify Grow plan, rebuilt around performance-driven UX, clearer information hierarchy, and stronger product storytelling to improve buying clarity on mobile. As part of the CRO programme, OptiExperts created Shoplift tests, optimised PDP layouts, and implemented thumb-read CTAs to streamline the buying journey and increase conversion throughput. Our Shopify speed optimisation removed theme and script bloat, improved Core Web Vitals using LCP-first media and deferred scripts, and supported measurable uplift across AOV, CVR, ARPU, and LCP as The Natural Posture scaled for growth.
