OptiExperts | Shopify Plus Agency partnered with Lineargent, a Barcelona-designed jewellery brand crafting 925 sterling silver pieces and building its signature style since 1992. With a catalogue of 3,700+ products across deep category trees (earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets), product discovery had become a conversion bottleneck shoppers couldn’t quickly narrow to the right style, stone, or collection. We delivered a UX-led Shopify enhancement focused on custom navigation menus and collection filtering that matched real shopping intent, reducing friction from homepage to collection to PDP.Alongside Shopify speed optimisation and CRO-driven refinement, we streamlined browsing and selection flows, significantly increasing Lineargent’s ARPV and creating a storefront built to scale.
