We delivered a conversion-led Shopify revamp built around PDP performance, replacing static browsing with a guided bundle-build experience (“MAKE IT A SAVE”), faster scent discovery via category tabs, and in-modal cart controls that surfaced Subscribe & Save at the right moment. Our Shopify CRO and speed optimisation programme reduced load times on critical pages, removed costly app bloat (saving $6,000+ annually), and improved conversion throughput—driving a measurable jump in AOV from $72.49 to $119.61 (+65%).
