OptiExperts | Shopify Plus Agency partnered with Hydrate Buddy, the UK’s smarter hydration brand combining advanced electrolytes with clinically supported nootropics to enhance both physical and cognitive performance. We delivered a full Shopify site revamp built around performance-driven UX, restructured product storytelling to highlight their dual-action hydration sachets, and mapped high-intent use cases - from workouts to workdays - to strengthen relevance and buying clarity.
As part of the rebuild, OptiExperts implemented a custom Build a Box experience to increase AOV and purchasing flexibility, alongside UGC integration to reinforce trust and social proof across PDPs and landing pages.
Our Shopify speed optimization and CRO programmes removed heavy theme and app bloat, improved INP/LCP, streamlined the buying journey, and increased conversion throughput, directly impacting AOV, CVR, and ARPU.
